Payment, Cancelation & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

Payment for all products and services from Kizmit Designs must be made in full at the time of purchase through our official website: www.kizmitdesigns.in.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Digital Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.
For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.


Cancellation Policy

  • Customized products are not eligible for cancellation.

  • To cancel an eligible order, customers must contact us via email or phone with a formal cancellation request.

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Refund Policy (see below).


Refund Policy

  • If the product or service has not been delivered, customers are entitled to a full refund.

  • If the product or service has been delivered but is defective or does not meet expectations, we will either:

    • Issue a full refund, or

    • Send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Products that have been used after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of product or service delivery.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase (e.g., credit card refunds will be made to the same card).
