The making of Cherry Red Brocade Potli Bag

A scalloped edge is a small structural choice, but it changes how embroidery catches light along a border instead of just across a flat surface. This potli uses that scalloped line in golden Japanese katdana work, finished off with rose-gold and red bead tassels that swing free at the base.
