The making of Lotus Euphoria Hand Embroidered Blouse

The lotus shows up twice in Indian textile tradition — as a literal floral motif, and as shorthand for resilience, since it blooms out of mud. This blouse leans on the first meaning directly, working katdana, resham thread, golden beads, and zarkan into lotus and floral patterns across a soft blush pink dupion silk base.

The embroidery moves across the neckline, sleeves, and back for a cohesive finish. A diya-shaped front neckline pairs with a deep round back, and 11-inch sleeves keep the silhouette traditional without feeling stiff.

Padded and lined in breathable cotton, it works well with soft georgette sarees, banarasi silks, or lehengas — suited to poojas, receptions, or intimate weddings.
