The making of Red Hot Brocade Surai Potli Bag

A "surai" takes its name from the narrow-necked flask shape it's built around — a slightly different silhouette from the standard round potli. This one carries that shape in rich red golden brocade, with hand-embroidered beads in red, blue, and neon orange working against the base instead of blending into it.

It's roomy enough to actually be useful — cards, keys, phone, makeup essentials all fit — which matters for weddings and sangeets where you're on your feet for hours.
