The making of Rossettes with Dancing Pearl Blouse

Rosettes are a textile technique borrowed more often from western eveningwear than Indian blouses — small folded florets that stand off the surface instead of lying flat. Here, they're paired with cascading pearls that move rather than sit fixed, which is where the "dancing" in the name comes from.
